Intoxicated by the music,nothing else.

LET me make one thing perfectly clear:I was stone cold sober for the entire time Kojaks Revenge played their gig on Friday at the Wedgewood Rooms.
But despite the gallons of diet coke consumed, this band still had me throwing ever more interesting shapes on the dance floor, dancing like a loon despite my sobriety.
And there’s a simple reason for that. The band cover great songs very, very well indeed. The large crowd of all ages, could show off their best moves to songs from Blur,Stereophonics,Sex Pistols The Jam,Killers…in fact just good, solid rock from the 70s to today.
They even did a rock cover of Lady Gaga,s Poker Face, and their version of the Shed Seven cover of Cliff Richard’s Wired for Sound was a highlight for many.
In fact,so enthusiastic was the bands’s reception, the dancing got wilder, and the temperature in the venue soared and soared and soared.
Kojaks Revenge called the gig their Summer Party. If thats what summer’s like,God help us when we get to Christmas.A cracking good night, and a band i for one will be going to see again.
